Jersey

States of Jersey Administrative Appeals System

Allows any person who is aggrieved by a decision of a Committee or Department of the States of Jersey to apply to the Greffier of the States for a review by a Board of Administrative Appeal. Each Board consists of three independent persons drawn from a Panel of persons appointed by the States. If a Board upholds the complaint it can request the relevant Minister or Department to reconsider the matter.
