Sir Ernest Ryder, Senior President of Tribunals and Chair of the Administrative Justice Council, spoke at the Ombudsman Association’s conference, Driving Improvements: Collaboration and peer learning, in Belfast on 21 May 2019.

Sir Ernest set out the challenges for the administrative justice system in the UK and a potential manifesto for change to improve the system.
