
Charlee joined the Ombudsman Association in January 2024 as a Communications Manager. Charlee has qualifications and experience in project management and research. She created an International Community of Practice for international stakeholders and a UK Working Group for Regional and National Stakeholders to share best practice, learning lessons, and wider cross-intelligence.
In September 2022, she joined the UK Parliamentary Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO), and helped set up the Outreach Team, where she led on project management, event management, research and stakeholder engagement.
Charlee also has extensive clinical, forensic and research experience with the NHS, Prison Service, Office for National Statistics (ONS) and Public Health England (Office for Health Improvement Disparities). She graduated from Brighton University in 2019 with a 2.1 BA (Hons) in Applied Psychology and Criminology and also achieved a 1st class in her dissertation and overall MSc Investigative Psychology degree in 2020.
