Launch of Season 2 OA Podcast – That OA Thing

We’re thrilled to announce the OA has launched its Season 2 Podcast, That OA Thing. This year, we’re gearing up to launch even more episodes than the previous year, so stay tuned to our social media channels for updates on upcoming releases. 

In the run up to the announcement of the 2024 winner of the OA’s Outstanding Contribution Award (OCA), Donal Galligan is joined by two previous winners: Evan Lerwill, Assistant Ombudsman for the Local Government & Social Care (LGSCO) and Ruth Gray, Operations Manager for the Parliamentary & Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO).

Both of our guests discuss the work that earned their award nominations, as well as the highlights and challenges of their roles within a public service ombudsman scheme.
