Following time spent in the Energy and Higher Education sectors, Lee has played a variety of roles in his 13 years with the Financial Ombudsman Service.

Having previously spent time as an Ombudsman specialising in consumer credit disputes, over recent years he has led large scale technology changes including the implementation of a new case handling system.

Currently, as the Head of Digital Transformation, Lee is spearheading the Financial Ombudsman’s ‘Customer First’ transformation programme. He is at the forefront of innovative AI initiatives aimed at enhancing service levels and creating significant efficiencies.
