Ombudsman Association Validation Committee Independent Members

The OA is currently recruiting for two Independent members to join the OA’s Validation Committee (VC). The VC scrutinises both applications for membership and the re-validation of existing members against our membership criteria. This is a crucial time for the VC, with the re-validation programme of all of the OA’s Members currently underway, and a unique opportunity to help drive standards and best practice across the complaints landscape.
